We accept, Visa, Mastercard, and pre-payment by money order are acceptable. We DO NOT accept personal checks. All shipments must paid in advance. For money order payments being mailed to us, we will put a 24 hour courtesy hold on animals to wait for payment if you contact us by phone to let us know what animal you are ordering. CA residents add 9.25% sales tax.
Returns on supplies are issued by request up to 10 days after receiving the items. Please call before shipping any items back. Shipping & handling is not refundable and a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied if you are returning items that are in proper working condition. If you choose "store credit", we will not apply a 10% re-stocking fee at all.
Items can not be returned without original packaging. If you do not have original packaging, please contact the manufacturer of the item.
We must receive any defective items first before we can replace them.
Books are not returnable for any reason, no exceptions.
If it has been longer than 10 days since you received your products, please contact the manufacturer with any malfunctions, or warranty issues. We do not accept returns past 10 days.
Any used items may not be returned for any reason. We must be able to re-sell any returned items that are in normal working condition.
When you place an animal order online, someone will contact you via phone or email within 24 hours to schedule a shipping day for with you to receive your animal box.
We guarantee our animals to be alive, healthy, and to your satisfaction upon arrival, and for 7 days after arrival (amphibians are a live arrival only guarantee). Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 24 hours if you notice any problem upon arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, we expect you to call us first (we are open 7 days a week). We do not guarantee animals that are not signed for on the first delivery attempt. You must be there and sign for your animal delivery.
